Please understand the scope and ordering process of this store before using EWAN-SOFT.

1. Scope
This agreement applies to the EWAN-SOFT website and shopping functions provided by EWAN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (易萬科技有限公司). The website is available in Hong Kong Traditional Chinese and English.
2. Orders and payment
After submitting your details, an order awaits payment. Refer to the payment result displayed on the page. Pending or cancelled orders do not indicate payment or a software licence.
3. Product information
Check features, supported platforms and licence terms before ordering. Consult the developer for current system requirements, device limits and update policies.
4. Prices and options
Prices are displayed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Review your selected options, quantities and order total before submitting. Digital products do not require physical shipping.
5. Customer details and use
Enter a validly formatted name and email to continue checkout. Do not enter payment credentials, sensitive information or another person’s data without consent. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
6. Local records
Orders are kept in the current tab. They are not server transaction records, official invoices or software licences. They do not sync between devices and may be unavailable after the session ends.
7. Appropriate use and external links
Do not interfere with the website, attempt to access another person’s information, or represent a order as proof of a real purchase. Links to developers and external sites are references governed by those sites’ own terms.
8. Enquiries and updates
Email website@hkewan.com about listings, orders or this agreement. This agreement may be updated as features change. It is not intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
